His Diploma short film ‘Refuge’, won the ‘Best film’ award at Donny Awards (Toronto, Canada) in 2017. With more than 5 years of experience in filmmaking and working in various Canadian film festivals, the passion of Gursimran is to tell diverse stories with different perspectives and to find various tools to bring different cultures together through Audio-Video Platforms. His Last short film ‘Cinnamon Tea’ was recently selected at the ‘Emerging Lens Cultural Film Festival’ in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
