In addition to our membership fees, Canadian Authors relies on the generosity of individual and corporate donors to help keep our programs alive. This has become especially important in recent years, as government funding for the arts has decreased.
We are a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency, and we issue receipts for all donations of $20 or more. Every single dollar counts—whether from one-time gift or through planned giving, such as a regular monthly donation or leaving a bequest to Canadian Authors in your will. We have several options you can select from—we are grateful for whichever one you choose.
