National Office

Our national office is located in Toronto, Ontario. Our paid and volunteer staff work together to provide member support, branch guidance and maintenance, and national programs and services.

The office is open Monday through Thursday, usually from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

The CAA office building in Toronto is currently closed to the public, and the executive director, Anita Purcell, is working remotely. She is coordinating or participating in a large number of online meetings and events over and above day-to-day operations on a daily basis, so please be patient if phone calls and emails are not immediately answered or returned.

Having Trouble with Your Account?

To log in, go to the Member Login area on the right-hand side of most of the website pages (or click on Member Management on the Members Only button), and use the email address associated with your membership account as your username, followed by the password you’ve created or, if applicable, the password you were recently assigned.

If you have forgotten your password or have never updated a previously assigned temporary password, use the Forgot Password link to be automatically emailed a temporary password. Log in to your account using that password (type it in the field rather than copying and pasting it in), and remember to change the password to one that you will remember – preferably using at least one number and one capital letter for security purposes.
