National Office

Our national office is normally located in Toronto, but during COVID-19 we had to vacate our shared office space, and our staff works remotely to provide member support, branch guidance and maintenance, and national programs and services. We are currently arranging for a virtual office space.

The office hours are Monday through Thursday, usually from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

Having Trouble with Your Account?

To log in, go to the Member Login area on the right-hand side of most of the website pages (or click on Member Management on the Members Only button), and use the email address associated with your membership account as your username, followed by the password you’ve created or, if applicable, the password you were recently assigned.

If you have forgotten your password or have never updated a previously assigned temporary password, use the Forgot Password link to be automatically emailed a temporary password. Log in to your account using that password (type it in the field rather than copying and pasting it in), and remember to change the password to one that you will remember – preferably using at least one number and one capital letter for security purposes.
