Security & Payment Methods

Our site is SSL secure to help maintain privacy. You can choose to pay by cheque or credit card. The fastest and most convenient way is by credit card as once your payment is processed, you are given complete access to the Members Only area and are able to set up and maintain your member profile, as well as decide what information should be viewable by the public on the Member Directory.

If you choose to pay by cheque, there will be a processing delay on your account as registration is only complete once your payment is received. Please join or renew online if at all possible – you will have the option to select Pay by Cheque – and then make sure you send your cheque, including applicable taxes (see notes below), as soon as possible. You will be able to log into your account after registration to track and monitor your status. You will also receive an email confirmation once your account is confirmed.

Note that, if necessary, you can pay your membership fee in instalments by selecting the Pay by Cheque option online, completing the process, and then mailing up to four post-dated cheques to the address provided. (Remember to include the tax portion of your payment.)
