Canadian Authors Association’s 2024 National Office Closures:

  • Monday, October 14 (Thanksgiving) and Tuesday, October 15 (staff vacation)

  • Monday, November 11 (Remembrance Day) to Friday, November 15 (staff vacation)

  • Wednesday, December 4 to Friday, December 6 (staff vacation)

  • Tuesday, December 24 to Wednesday, January 1, with the office reopening on Thursday, January 2 (Annual Holiday Season Closure)

During these times, phone calls will be sent to voice mail and messages and emails will be returned as promptly as possible. The Administrative Director will still be regularly checking messages, but in the event of an urgent matter, please contact one of our Co-Chairs:

Having Trouble with Your Account?

To log in, go to the Member Login area on the right-hand side of most of the website pages (or click on Member Management on the Members Only button), and use the email address associated with your membership account as your username, followed by the password you’ve created or, if applicable, the password you were recently assigned.

If you have forgotten your password or have never updated a previously assigned temporary password, use the Forgot Password link to be automatically emailed a temporary password. Log in to your account using that password (type it in the field rather than copying and pasting it in), and remember to change the password to one that you will remember – preferably using at least one number and one capital letter for security purposes.
