Publications Until recently my publications tended to communicate brain compatible discoveries into applications for everyday people. I am now focused on writing personal essays and then compiling these into a book to show THE BRAIN ON DRUGS. It will be a compilation of 40 years research on the brain, written in conversational language. I have a full chapter coming over in 2018 with Wiley Press, An International Handbook on Mentoring. The chapter was invited and reflects my original award winning brain based model - Mita. Awards I developed a brain based model for using the brain in ways that reflect new neural discoveries and that Mita model has won awards in many countries. I won the top leadership award in Rochester , NY for my brain based writing and leadership. Invited by the Dean of the Bitner School of Business in NY - I wrote an MBA course, called LEAD INNOVATION WITH THE BRAIN IN MIND. I also wrote the text and teach the course online.
