Writing Contest (NCWC)

After much reflection, we have decided to discontinue the National Capital Writing Contest. A writing contest requires many hours of volunteer time and effort—more than we had available. We also decided to encourage writers to pursue publication options for their work.

We continue to provide learning opportunities for short story writing, and we keep our members up to date, to the best of our ability, with short story publication options.

Happy writing!
