Writing With Care is a unique writing retreat with award-winning mentors Lois Brown and Lori Clarke that provides one-on-one dramaturgy, guided reflection and plenty of time to write in an inspiring setting. Participants are encouraged to bring consciousness to the habitual in order to be open to transformation. Now in its fourth year, Writing With Care has gained a reputation as an outstanding opportunity for writers to dig deep into their practice and find new ways to distill their work.
Deadline: Applications accepted until Friday, April 28, 2018
Rates: $750 – $1000 (plus 15% HST)
Rates include accommodations and delicious, healthy meals. (vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available.)
Who Should Apply: Writers working in any field: fiction, nonfiction, script writing, poetry, journal writing, academic writing or anyone interested in exploring the creative process through writing. It can be very helpful for those who need to present publicly such as authors on tour or academics presenting papers. Space is limited.
