Join Author Ishaa Vinod Chopra for a raw, authentic, and intimate book reading of poetry, journals, stories, and discussions followed by a Q & A!
A special World Bipolar Day 2026 online gathering centered on lived experience, storytelling, and understanding through the lens of Ishaa Vinod Chopra as she reads through passages, poems and reflections of her award-winning memoir, Finding Order in Disorder.
World Bipolar Day is observed annually on March 30, the birthday of artist Vincent van Gogh, who was posthumously diagnosed as likely having bipolar disorder. It aims to raise global awareness, reduce social stigma, and provide education about the condition, which affects roughly 45 million people.
This year’s theme is: #Bipolar Strong
In this intimate virtual event, Ishaa will read selected passages from a personal memoir about living with bipolar disorder, followed by a guided reflection and supportive discussion. Rather than a clinical lecture, this evening focuses on what bipolar disorder actually feels like — the emotional realities, the challenges, the relationships, and the moments of hope.
