Celebrate Literary Arts with Brampton Writer in Residence Kevin heronJones & Festival of Literary Diversity Founder Jael Richardson

To celebrate a highly successful inaugural year of the Brampton Arts Organization (BAO), Brampton Library, and the Festival of Literary Diversity (FOLD)’s joint Brampton Writer in Residence program, this year’s resident, Kevin heronJones, will be joined by fellow author and FOLD founder Jael Richardson on Friday, April 25, 2025 at Gore Meadows Branch Library. This unique showcase will also feature a poetry reading and conversation between the authors and community members.

Taking place during the City of Brampton’s first Brampton Book Week, a new annual celebration showcasing the power of storytelling and highlighting the vibrant literary talent in Brampton, this perfectly captures its spirit. It brings together well-known author and Festival of Literary Diversity founder Jael Richardson with Brampton Writer in Residence Kevin heronJones with the aspiring writers Kevin has mentored during his residency.
