| Bio | Omar Saghir was born October 16th, 1987, Beirut, Lebanon to a Palestinian Father from the countryside of Safad and a Lebanese Mother from the city of Beirut. Mr. Saghir used to write poems during his high school years. He started to get into writing extensively since 2010, thanks to his rediscovered love for lyricism within the Hip-Hop and R&B genre of music He is also fascinated with satire and dark comedy. He is also a fan of self-deprecating and self-aware or ironic humour. He manages to incorporate such elements into his writing. Mr. Saghir's writing also consists a wide spectrum of topics. He speaks of romance, heartbreak, social commentary, political, heritage, and spirituality. He is an active slam poet and a member of the 2018 Urban Legends Slam poetry team in Ottawa,Ontario,Canada Mr. Saghir's goal is to be the first Middle Eastern Artist to master all forms of writing, Mr. Saghir has managed to finish his first novel that is yet to be published..
