Excerpt:

I felt nauseated as I watched a Black youth wreathed in pain along with being mistreated due to the colour of his skin. Is it a crime to be Black and poor? Even when Black and minority youths try to do everything correctly, they are not listened to, their voices are nullified, and they are arrested and charged with crimes, most often ending in incarceration.
