Why Donate to Canadian Authors?
Canadian Authors Association provides writers with a wide variety of programs, services and resources to help them develop their skills in both the craft and the business of writing, enhance their ability to earn a living as a writer, and have access to a Canada-wide network of writers and publishing industry professionals. We also continue working alongside our sister organizations to protect authors’ rights and advance their interests.
As a registered charity and national arts service organization with limited staff and limited government funding, we are highly dependent on membership dues and donations to plan and deliver our programs and services effectively.

How does it work? Your donation will be automatically deducted each month until you tell us otherwise. You can change the amount of your monthly gift or cancel your donation at any time.
Your gift is tax deductible and you will receive one cumulative tax receipt at the end of the calendar year.
