| Bio | Sarah studied cookery in Paris, France with Anne Willan at La Varenne, Ecole de Cuisine, in 1981, before moving to London, England to work with Prue Leith’s Good Food. She wrote and was Food Editor for the Local Living Group of magazines in Lincolnshire, UK and in 2006 she was sponsored to the Guild of Food Writers by British chef, Rick Stein. Since, she has gained her MEd in counselling psychotherapy from the University of Cambridge, UK in 2016. She was awarded first class honours for her dissertation, an exploration of Practising therapy with the natural world in mind; a narrative inquiry. Canadian born, she now lives in Vancouver where she integrates her love of story and inquiry; psychotherapy and nature connecting activities to guide others interested in the natural world towards new levels of inner and outer awareness for the more than human world. |
