Bio Vicki McLeod is the co-author of Digital Legacy Plan: A guide to the personal and practical elements of your digital life before you die, released in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia by Self-Counsel Press in March 2019. She self-published her first book, #Untrending: A Field Guide to Social Media That Matters, How to Post, Tweet, and Like Your Way to a More Meaningful Life in 2016. Vicki writes a biweekly newspaper column that is a commentary on the intersection of analog and digital, exploring what it means to be human in a technical world. Vicki is an active blogger and an advocate for everyday happiness, mindfulness, and living a passionate and engaged life. In 2018 Vicki completed The Writing Studio at Simon Fraser University where she workshopped her manuscript Ruby Tuesday. Ruby Tuesday chronicles Vicki’s coming of age in the 1960’s, a dark passage marked by a devastating betrayal and loss of innocence.
