DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Victoria Festival of Authors\, Vancouver Island’s largest\, and liveliest\, celebration of books and book lovers. \nFor eight years\, VFA has hosted authors from across Canada\, and you’re welcome you to join for a celebration of reading and writing. This is the ninth annual festival\, and\, as with last year\, this one will be a hybrid\, offering in-person programming of regional authors\, most offered by livestream for those viewing from home\, as well as virtual programming of authors from around Canada. And make sure not to miss the pre-fest weekend on September 21 and 22\, with workshops offered by four of our region’s most exciting authors\, and a festival launch reading the night of the 22nd.
