SUMMARY:CAA NATIONAL EVENT – Special All Members' Meeting for Membership Structure Review
DESCRIPTION:To attend\, you must be a Canadian Authors member and register at https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZYkcO2urzsrGNzoxK-PDk5VcEdcmp3vcpUq. \nFor over 100 years\, the Canadian Authors Association has been devoted to its mission of helping emerging and established writers in their author journey. Now we are taking that a step further by helping to lead Canadian authors into this next century. \nAs part of our Strategic Plan\, we are rolling out a brand new\, exciting community platform to connect all our writers\, and offer us a place to offer courses and integrated events. We are also committing to a new and enhanced slate of programming across the coast and are forming a special programming committee to help drive this reinvigoration. To make this possible\, we are proposing a overhaul our membership fee structure to make the organization more affordable\, while also allowing members more choice in what they want to partake in. To be a part of the change\, join us on on April 13 where all members will have the chance to vote on this new membership structure.
