He is a critically acclaimed author of eleven novels, published by ECW Press, two of which won Independent Publisher Awards. Dietrich’s debut, Ride the Lightning, was hailed as one of Vancouver’s best crime novels in 2014, and his second, The Deadbeat Club, was translated and became a best-seller in Germany.
