Experimenting with the Potentials of Creative Non-Fiction with Betsy Warland
Wed Feb 14 from 7 to 9 pm 

Reading from three of her non-fiction works, Warland will illustrate her compositional techniques and strategies in her creative non-fiction writing. Although this is not a workshop, we recommend bringing 2-3 pages of your writing to explore these concepts.

Electrify your Writing with Tetsuro Shigematsu

Is your scene, short story, book chapter dead on the page? Discover the high-voltage secret to bringing it back to life. Tetsuro Shigematsu, the dynamic radio journalist and playwright, talks to Canadian writers about his creative process and projects.
