Another hopefully productive writing year has passed. It’s time once again to reconnect with your fellow writers, share your projects or exchange stories about life in the writing trenches over food and drink. Let’s face it \u2014 who else understands the plight of a writer better than other writers? So put down those pens and papers or computers for a while and unwind for a bit of fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please join us for our 2026 Summer Social as we gather in a local pub for an evening of chatting and catching up with fellow CAA\u2013Toronto members. Come out, raise a glass, and reconnect with your writer friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drinks and meals are at your own expense, but CAA\u2013Toronto will buy some appetizers to share at the table! Open to members only plus one guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re working to expand the number of writing circles that we can offer to members. We\u2019re looking for branch members to launch and moderate new Authors\u2013Toronto writing circles outside of the<\/a> downtown core. Our Annex Writing Circle meets the second Thursday of every month at the CSI Annex and is at capacity, but we are open to working with new members to start another monthly group at the same location. Please email Lee at TOpresident1 at canadianauthors.org for more details about writing circles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
