Vancouver Launch of Uncontrolled Flight by CAA Member Frances Peck

Join CAA BC branch member Frances Peck for an in-person launch of her new novel, Uncontrolled Flight, about the crash of an aerial firefighter and those left behind to piece together what happened. This free event is at 7:00 pm on September 28, at the Canadian Memorial Centre for Peace, 1825 West 16th Avenue (at Burrard), Vancouver. Registration is not required.

Uncontrolled Flight, Frances’s second novel, spotlights the worlds of BC firefighting pilots and accident investigation. Part tragedy, part mystery, it unravels a tangle of secrets and lies, passion and grief, blame and forgiveness that brought one man’s life crashing down. Early readers s have called the book “compelling,” “accomplished,” and “impossible to put down.”
